Change is inexorable.
Your capacity can evolve and transcend it.

ineXorable is a system of thought about building a life, a body of work and an estate that don't depend on the world cooperating. It doesn't offer better forecasts. It offers a way to depend less on getting them right.

I

A lens, not a niche

What ineXorable is, where it looks from, and why the subject can change without the project changing.

ineXorable began with an uncomfortable observation: when conditions change, the difference between those who keep moving and those who get trapped is almost never explained by a better reaction to the crisis. It is explained by how they were built before the crisis arrived. Capable, disciplined, well-informed and well-advised people respond in radically different ways to the same shift. The explanation lies not in temperament or luck, but in a prior architecture that the disturbance merely makes visible.

Hence the shift that organizes the whole project: from prediction to architecture. Instead of spending the main effort on anticipating what will happen, ineXorable identifies what we depend on for what we've built to keep working, and operates on that. Specific preparation requires getting the scenario right. Generic capacity remains useful even when the expected scenario never arrives.

That is why ineXorable isn't defined by a subject. It is defined by a way of looking. It can take up artificial intelligence, wealth, high performance, leadership or geopolitics, because it asks the same questions of all of them. The subject changes; the lens stays.

  • iWhat is changing?
  • iiWhat does it mean?
  • iiiWhich model or assumption is being called into question?
  • ivWhat capacity does it demand?
  • vWhat should we preserve, adapt, abandon or build?
  • viWhat can we do with it?

That sequence has a destination: agency. Not control — markets, technology, cycles and other people's decisions will stay out of reach — but the preserved capacity to choose how to respond. Without margin there are no alternatives; without alternatives there is no choice; without choice, agency is only an aspiration.

Don't build a life that works only if the world cooperates. Build a life that can keep moving when it stops.

That thinking is expressed through three instruments. The book develops the full architecture. The podcast explores open questions and tests them against reality. The talk transforms a live audience's perspective. An idea can begin on stage, be investigated on the podcast and end up developed in the book. These are not three brands sharing a name: they are three instruments of one system.

How to build a life, a body of work and an estate that don't depend on the world cooperating.

Most personal, business and financial systems are built to work under the conditions that exist while they are being built. The trouble starts when present functioning is mistaken for structural soundness. A company can be profitable and depend on a single client. A founder can be exceptionally capable and concentrate decisions, relationships and critical knowledge in himself. A person can have an apparently solid identity and discover it was built around a title. Fragility stays silent as long as whatever it depends on keeps working.

The book treats person, work and wealth as a single three-level system — BEING, DOING and HAVING — because many problems appear at the joints: a financial problem can in fact be a problem of identity, and a business problem can be caused by a personal dependency. Optimizing each level separately can produce a worse system overall.

And it doesn't end in a thesis. The appendix turns the framework into a recurring diagnostic: eight tests, the nine-cell matrix, a construction sequence, a review ritual, forty-six questions, a glossary and an application guide.

BEING · Person DOING · Work HAVING · Wealth
Structure Anchored identity Actual architecture Wealth as a system
Purpose Direction Reason for the work Function of the estate
Adaptation Metanoia Adaptive intelligence Antifragility

Structure stabilizes. Purpose directs. Adaptation sustains. Crossed with the three levels, these three dimensions produce a matrix that doesn't classify: it detects the incoherences a department-by-department analysis can't see.

Margin turns an obligation into a choice. Not prudence, not idle money, not unused capacity. It is decision-making power kept in reserve for when conditions stop being favorable.

The podcast

Where the thinking is explored out loud: research, open questions and necessary conversations.

First episodes coming soon

The podcast doesn't start from a subject: it starts from a question worth thinking about. Most episodes are solo — Mario researches, narrates, connects and follows an idea to its consequences. A smaller share brings in guests, chosen not for their profile but for what they make it possible to think. Mario is the constant; the guests are the variables.

It is structured in conceptual seasons rather than by calendar. Each season gathers questions around a single tension and works as one unit of exploration, with deliberate pauses between them. Not publishing to fill a schedule is an editorial principle, not an excuse.

Every episode should leave something behind that outlasts it: a different way of seeing something you already knew, a question you didn't have before, and a possibility for action you weren't seeing.

What ineXorable is not

  • A news show. Current events are raw material, not identity.
  • A forecasting podcast. It makes no promise of getting the future right.
  • Motivation or self-help.
  • An interview podcast. The guest serves a question.
  • A celebrity or guru podcast.
  • Quick opinions and universal recipes.

ineXorable doesn't exist to tell you what to think. It exists to help you think better when what you believed stops working.

The talks

The live expression: where the thinking is condensed to shift how a room sees its own situation.

An ineXorable talk doesn't deliver information or enthusiasm. It delivers an intellectual experience designed so the audience sees something they thought they knew in a different way. The measure isn't applause or how much content is remembered: it is whether something changed in how they read reality and, from there, whether their capacity to decide and act increased.

The audience isn't defined by industry or job title, but by its relationship to what it is building: leaders, business owners, executives, teams and organizations going through transformation, with responsibility over resources, decisions or other people.

I'm not here to tell you what will happen. I'm here to help you think about what to do when what you thought was stable changes.

Ideally each piece leaves three things: an idea you remember, a question that stays with you, and a possibility for action you weren't seeing. The same idea can exist in different lengths, but it is never simply trimmed or stretched: each format has its own architecture.

What it will never be

  • A motivational speech.
  • A generic corporate talk on leadership and innovation.
  • An academic lecture.
  • A parade of data.
  • A forecast of the future.
  • An autobiography.

The podcast can start from a subject. The talk has to find a tension.

The same question, in another register

ineXorable has a sister work. Same architecture, same three instruments, a different orientation.

ineXorable works on capacity: how to build margin, reduce dependencies and keep the ability to choose when conditions stop cooperating. But there is a question that framework, on its own, cannot answer: building that capacity — for what, and for whom?

That is the question of Hágase Tu Voluntad — Thy Will Be Done: the same system — book, podcast and talks — ordered from the Catholic faith. Where ineXorable says don't depend on getting the future right, the sister work adds order before you optimize: before doing something better, faster or bigger, ask whether it should be done at all.

Thy Will Be Done — how to order a single life: the person, the calling, the work and what has been entrusted to us. Book, podcast and talks.
