Conceptual
By 2040, TMG will have demonstrated that it is possible to build a generation of leaders who do not need to wait for collapse to get ordered. Leaders whose systems — personal, business, patrimonial — were designed for adversity before it arrived.

By 2040, TMG's intellectual corpus and fieldwork will have produced 500 leaders in the Spanish-speaking world whose systems survived at least one major adverse cycle without collapsing, and whose wealth systems crossed a generational transition with structural coherence.
